Any cancellation of a booking is subject to the following cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date - $20 administration fee. Between 1 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival date: 50% total rental cost. Less than 1 weeks prior to your arrival date: 100% total rental cost.
A full refund, less the administration fee of $20 will be issued, should we be able to re-book for the same time period.
Deposit Information:
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. 8 weeks prior to arrival - additional 25%. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival require 50% deposit. The balance is due 1 week prior to your arrival by postdated cheque, cash or paypal. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by these dates.
